Park Hyatt Tokyo reopened on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, following a large-scale renovation that began in May 2024. Reservations for accommodations and restaurants opened on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. While preserving the original design vision by John Morford, the renewal was supervised by Paris-based architectural design studio Jouin Manku. The update refines the hotel’s aesthetic into a form of “understated and sophisticated luxury,” emphasizing material authenticity and natural light.
