The Third “Conrad” Hotel in Japan Opens in Nagoya Sakae!
The luxury hotel brand Conrad Hotels & Resorts, operated by Hilton Group, will make its debut in Nagoya’s Sakae district in the summer of 2026. Following its presence in Tokyo and Osaka, the Conrad brand will finally expand into the Chubu region.
The hotel will occupy the top floors (31st to 41st) of the under-construction high-rise complex “The Landmark Nagoya Sakae.” The building will stand 41 stories tall with a height of approximately 211 meters, surpassing the Chubu Electric Power MIRAI Tower to become the tallest structure in the Sakae district and a new symbol of the city skyline.

Three Key Highlights
1. Exceptional Accessibility
Conrad Nagoya is directly connected to Sakae Station (Higashiyama and Meijo subway lines), a central hub for transportation and commerce in Nagoya. Guests can reach the hotel without getting wet on rainy days, and it is only a few minutes by subway from Nagoya Station.

2. Panoramic Views Above the Sakae Skyline
The Landmark Nagoya Sakae will be the tallest building in the district, exceeding the height of Chubu Electric Power MIRAI Tower. All 170 rooms, including 29 suites, are located on the 31st–41st floors, offering stunning views from every room. Even the standard rooms are spacious at around 50 square meters, providing comfortable stays with scenic views of Nagoya Castle, the cityscape, and distant mountain ranges such as Mount Ibuki and Mount Ontake.
3. A “Self-Contained Urban Complex” Experience
The building will feature retail zones developed by J. Front Retailing, the first “TOHO Cinemas” in the Sakae area (5th–9th floors), and premium office spaces. Guests can enjoy shopping, movies, cafes, and workspaces all within the same building during their stay.

Surrounding Area
Conrad Nagoya will be located in the heart of Nagoya’s Naka Ward, within the Sakae district. Nearby attractions include Hisaya Odori Park, Oasis 21, and the Nagoya TV Tower—all within walking distance. Guests can also easily access Nagoya Castle and Atsuta Shrine.
The area is also lined with department stores and shopping malls, offering an ideal location for business, sightseeing, and cultural experiences alike.
