Three Key Highlights

1. Outstanding Location—Just a 3-Minute Walk from the Station

An unbeatable location just a 3-minute walk from Kyoto Station, where the Shinkansen, local lines, and buses converge. Even first-time visitors to Kyoto can check in without getting lost, and morning departures and late-night returns are stress-free.

2. 270 Diverse Guest Rooms & a Design-Forward Space

Spacious guest rooms totaling 270 in all promise a relaxed stay. The interior design follows the concept “Collection of Kyoto Stories,” evoking Kyoto’s traditions and atmosphere with a calm ambience that incorporates elements of traditional machiya townhouses.

3. Well-Equipped On-Site Facilities

The hotel is scheduled to include an all-day dining venue, a café & bar, and a fitness gym. From relaxing between outings to staying on track with workouts during business trips, the facilities are designed for comfortable stays.

Surroundings

  • Kyoto Station Building (Grand Staircase, Observation Deck, Shopping)
A popular sightseeing spot with shops and an observation deck directly connected to the station—perfect for dining and souvenir shopping.
  • Higashi Hongan-ji, Nishi Hongan-ji, and To-ji Temple
Historic landmarks are scattered within walking distance, making the area an excellent base for cultural experiences.
  • Easy Access to World Heritage Areas
Arashiyama, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji and more are easily reachable via JR trains and buses.

In addition, a new mixed-use development is underway across from the hotel. Convenient facilities such as a supermarket (Fresco Hachijoguchi Store) and rental meeting rooms are planned, benefiting both travelers and local residents (scheduled to open in 2028).
